Because I could recall then in school there's this boy who was awarded a schorlaship to study in one of the higher institution in Nigeria by the governor of his state then without passing through the normal process i.e without JAMB because he presented what he constructed as his hand work in a show case event. Up till now he has no cert. Nigeria is nt a family house where someone can come out talking "abrakata-abrakater" all know he went to school, my principal prove it.
