This is the reason most data in Nigeria is unbelievable & unacceptable and this one isn't exception.
You can't just sip wine/tea or smoke weed and make an estimation or create data without following data collection procedure. Your claim on having PhD holder in almost every home in your state is a good example of how many people reason up head without consulting authentic sources.
In the most recent data for the second quarter of 2020, the number of PhD holders has increased to 76,526 in Nigeria.

ofcus everyone agrees that the high level of unemployment plunging this country is at its most alarming peak,that's one of the reasons I stressed the failings of leadership and governance.

A friend of mine asked me why Nigeria is so poor with the high level of intelligent people.

I told him our poverty is our own making,bcus when you do not make use of human resources which is the first level to development and riches in a Social enclave, you are on the fast road to unemployment and poverty.

why should you be unemployed when you can create wealth. I met one young man of 25 who came for interview to manage my small business in web and IT. So after my interview with the young man I figured out dat he was carrying a certificate good enough,but all he needed to excel was inside of him. I didn't give him the Job though, but I gave him a book which I believe will be of beneficiary to him. One of our downfall is and has always been initiative and wealth creation,we unfortunately have more people looking for jobs,than the creating jobs. Now that's a big problem
