BusinessThe List Air Business by AbuNancy(op): 2:03pm On Jan 02, 2022
Today, I want to share with you a business that can easily fetch you N200k a month without having to sell any product.

Actually, you can make far more than that.
But N200k a month is a good start.

I know you are eager to know that business, right?

So, here is the thing.

This business is called - The List Air Business.

What this means is that all you are selling with this business is just air.

Air here actually means advert space.
I call it air because what you are selling isn't something that can be touched.

So, here is the full gist.
What you are going to do is to build a list of people that are interested in a particular thing or topic.

Then you market that list to businesses who sell those types of product so that they can
advertise.

That is why an important step of this business is to only build lists in markets where a lot of people are looking to advertise.

You can do all this with your phone and your WhatsApp.

If you want to Know the details of this business and how to make a good source of income from it .

This business is not for a particular set of people. Fact is anybody can do it.

So don't think it is for a limited set of people…
Health7 Fat Loss Reasons For Eating Frequent Meals! by AbuNancy(op): 9:04am On Dec 31, 2021
Today, you will learn 7 reasons why you should eat
more frequently to effectively Lose excess fat.

Here they are:

1. Your metabolic rate increases

Every other process that the body does
requires energy e.g breathing, thinking,
beating of your heart, creating new cells,
even digestion. Some of the calories
in the foods you eat are burned off just
to digest them,so the net amount of
calories absorbed is actually
less than the amount contained in the food.

2. You experience little or no binges
(over-feeding) and control cravings If you're
eating every three or four
hours, you'll always feel very satisfied
and hunger will rarely be an issue because
mealtime always comes around so soon.

The starving and stuffing pattern of
eating sets you up for uncontrollable
cravings and massive binges later on.
When blood sugar plummets from long
periods without food,it's nearly
impossible to control the hormonally created
hunger that follows.

You become ravenous. When you're this
hungry, you couldn't care less about
eating lean proteins and complex carbs,
you just want food and you want it now!

3.Your blood sugar and insulin levels
stabilize.
This is very, very and highly important
for fat loss.
When you eat carbohydrates, they're
digested and absorbed
into the bloodstream in the form of
glucose (blood sugar).
This triggers the pancreas to release
the hormone insulin.

4. Your energy levels increase

Here's one of the first benefits
you'll notice from following
the 30 Days Challenge diet plan;
Your energy will skyrocket
almost overnight. Changes in your
body composition will take
place slowly though steadily, but
starting on the very first
week you begin the program, you'll
get the instant gratification
of having more energy than you've
ever felt before.

5. You help promote your muscle growth
by regulating insulin
levels and providing a steady flow
of amino acids into muscle
cells since frequent meals are anabolic.

6. Frequent meals are ANTI-CATABOLIC:

They help promote muscle growth by preventing
muscle breakdown (you stay in
positive nitrogen balance)

7. You store less body fat due to
smaller portions.
Eating small, frequent meals helps
prevent you from
over-consuming calories through
simple portion control.
You always gain fat from one single
huge meal no matter
what else you do after that.

So you can see, there are benefits
to frequent eating.

Have you started this eating plan?

Well, you will need a guide, and
the 30 days challenge
diet plan product is a perfect one.

"Why Excess Abdominal Fat Is Deadly"
HealthSkip A Meal, Gain More Weight: Reasons Why People Gain Weight By Skipping Meals. by AbuNancy(op): 8:03am On Dec 30, 2021
Skipping meals (or leaving long gaps between meals) is the cardinal sin of fat-burning and muscle-building
nutrition.

Missing meals slows down your metabolism,
causes muscle lôss and triggers your body's starvation responses.

Suppose you skip breakfast and you haven't eaten since 8:00 p.m. the previous evening. If you eat lunch at 12:00 pm, you've gone
16 hours without food.

At this point, you are not only in a highly catabolic (muscle wasting) state, you're also sending an unmistakable starvation signal to your body.

If skipping meals is the cardinal sin of fat burning and muscle building nutrition, then skipping breakfast is a capital crime
suited for the death penalty!

And yet everybody is doing it!

Analysis of nutrition programs for many clients shows that one of the most common errors in skipping breakfast or eating it late,
around 10:00 a.m. or even later is

people say: "I don't have time!"

This is usually the excuse justifying this
unforgivable blunder.

Let's take a close look at the devastating
impact this lack of planning and discipline
has on your fat lôss efforts:

Suppose you're in a hurry to get to work in the morning and you bolt out the door without eating breakfast.

Your first meal of the day is lunch at 12:00 noon.

It's moderately sized, let's say 500 calories,
consisting of a butter/sardine sandwich
on wheat bread and a banana.

Sounds fairly healthy so far. By your customary dinner time of 6:00 p.m., you are ravenously hungry, and you polish off a massive plate of Garri for a total of 800 calories.

Later that night you're still hungry and
craving something sweet.Some cookies
and low fat milk do the trick about 300 calories.

Then you go right to sleep. Although far
from perfect, this menu doesn't sound
like a total disaster to the average, uniformed person?

But IT IS! It's a nightmare

In the long run, this type of diet is a sure-fire
way to slow down your metabolism, Lôse muscle and gain body fat.

On the other hand,
2400 calories spread out into five or six small meals of 400 - 480 calories each
(about 300-350 calories per meal for women), will increase energy, accelerate muscle growth, and speed up your metabolism without fat storage.

Frequent eating can actually allow you
to consume up to 50% more calories without storing anounce of it as fat!

The above food illustration paints a
picture of what goes on in the average
life of people in this country.

However, to get result, you will need to
eat in a particular pattern and particular
foods with some exercises to get the
result you need.

The Flat Belly Miracle product should help
with the exact types of foods and exercise
types that will get you results.

If you want to know more about the plan and how to get you can simply reply this or comment on this..

In my Next post I will be opening your eyes to 7 Reasons Why you should eat regularly to achieve your weight Lôss goals.

In the meantime, start working on the information I have given to you so far.

BusinessThe 3 Mistakes Most Nigerians Make When Starting A Business & How To Avoid It Ea by AbuNancy(op): 12:00am On Dec 30, 2021
Things are falling apart ....

It seems the Government is doing almost nothing to help out here.

The economy is getting too harsh for the masses. The high cost of living is killing and our job / handiwork is not meeting up to its expectation.

The bills are piling up and after paying them up, we are left with almost nothing to keep as savings.

It is very frustrating.

If this is exactly how you feel, I understand that it can be really frustrating.

Your mind tells you; "You Need To Start A Business, Either Full Time Or Part - Time Business That Would Add Extra Money To You"

However, you might be still dragging your feet to make this work, either because you are scared of losing your money to something you know little about, or you are too comfortable with the little you are having, thinking that it would become better very soon.

But, I'm giving you this simple but very Urgent advice; START A BUSINESS RIGHT NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!

However, most businesses end up failing woefully.

Infact, record has it that most businesses started in Nigeria fail in the first 1 - 3 years of their operations.

This can be really disheartening, especially if one invests most of his savings in it.

You might have done proper planning, good management, focused on making it work and the likes of it.

However, I stand to tell you today, none of these are really the reasons why these businesses fail.

I personally have failed in so many businesses myself and I know what works or not.

So what are the reasons why they fail?

Our Mistakes.

That is the genesis of where everything goes wrong my friend.

Most people start the wrong kind of business from the get go.

Each minute they spend working on the wrong business opportunity, that is time wasting away. And as they say, time is money.

Also they burn useful energy in unprofitable ventures. They work and work and work, but get very little returns.

Then they go read some motivational books which tells them ...

Don't' give Up!

Stay Strong!

You Will Make It Soon!

To me, I think that is total waste of tim

It is like telling a Eagle To Swim In A Swimming Pool. My friend, no matter the miracle, it wont work. Eagles are created for the air, not the water.

To succeed in business, these 3 mistakes Im sharing here, has to be avoided

Here Are The 3 Mistakes Most Nigerians Make When Starting A Business...

Here are 3 biggest mistakes most Nigerians make when selecting a business opportunity

Mistake 1:

Looking For Do - It - For - Me Investment

This is a NO NO

There are tons of Nigerians who have fallen victim to these lazy money making programs.

I have been asked by people who want to invest in this kind of business. And no matter how sweet it looks, my answer has always been ...

..."that is not a good idea, that is a Do-It-For-Me approach and all you’re going to get from it is failure, .... You'll wake up one day only to find that they have simply taken your money and disappeared."

And Im also telling you right now, don't do it at all if you have been presented with one.

Mistake Number 2:

Trying To Do Too Many Business At The Same Time

I know you have definitely heard the saying that goes;

'Do NOT Put All Your Eggs In ONE Basket!'

I personally feel this saying doesn't apply in business. Please don't take it personally if you live your life by that code.

When most people want to bring in more income into their lives, what do they do?

They try to start MULTIPLE STREAMS OF INCOME ALL AT ONCE, which is not putting all their eggs in one basket to say.

They want to sell recharge cards, start importing from China, start an oil and gas business, venture into transportation, and tons of business ideas that come their way.

That is the fastest way to failure and bankruptcy.

If you really want to build a profitable business and make money on a steady basis, focus on one business idea that will give you the highest returns for the least effort.

Think about this for a second ...

... if a hunter wants to kill a bushmeat for food and he sees 3 of them together, will he use his gun, trying to kill the 3 at once or will he focus on one of the birds and shoot it with 100% accuracy?

Business too is like that.

When you choose the right business income system and focus on it, you can build it up rapidly, like I did.

Mistake 3:

Most Businesses Are Becoming Oversaturated.

As Nigerians that we are, once any business becomes popular and makes the owner good amount of cash, every Akpan, Bode & Jamiu wants to do that same business.

For instance, take a good look at the Mini Importation business.

The moment it became popular and a profitable venture, everyone, including their Grandmother, wants to become mini-importers.

And with over saturation comes over competition thereby causing too many people fighting for customers with low pricing of their products.

For instance, there was once a time where Uk Used Blackberry Bold 5 was close to N50,000, but now due to over saturation, this phone can be purchased for as low as N10,000, if not less.

See what I mean?

So whether you compile a well developed business plan or have the best state of the art facilities, if there is over saturation, I'm sorry my friend, that business is doomed to failure.

So I have just shared with you, 3 underlying reasons that really make businesses fail.

Here's My Advice to You:

Try to avoid these 3 Mistakes and not only will you start a profitable business, you'll be enjoying the proceeds from it, for a long time to come.

But I know this question is lingering in your mind right now.

Take A Look At It if I'm right;

"How Can I Find, Identify And Start A Really Profitable Business In Nigeria That Would Not Fail?"

If that is the question in your mind right now, then don't worry. I will reveal a business model I use personally

Of all the business model available, the one I will highly recommend for anyone, is Selling Other Peoples Product As An Affiliate (aka Affiliate Marketing)

And the reason is that, with it, you don't need to create any product, you don't need to import anything, no need for complicated stuff.

All you need to do is, simply recommend the product of your choice and get paid commissions for every sale made through you.

However, as easy as this, lots of people still complicate it, especially the gurus.

But I have a super resource that will help you to build your own affiliate marketing business even if you don't know where to begin.

HealthWhat Do Your Cravings Tell About Your Health? by AbuNancy(op): 2:51pm On Dec 29, 2021
Food cravings are bizarre little
phenomena. It’s commonly
assumed that food cravings are
due to nutrient deficiencies,
but sometimes the cravings are
due to life situations more
than a deficiency.

For example, research shows that
pregnancy, menstruation,
stress, and depression can alter
your body’s levels of
endogenous opioid peptides (EOP).
EOP are the ‘feel good’
substances your body releases
during exercise or being
in love. This, the research suggests,
can intensify food cravings.

In these life situations, your
body is playing tricks on
you. You’re not deficient in
pickles and ice cream at
3:00 a.m., you’re just pregnant.
Satisfying the craving
simply completes the loop of
desire and fulfilment, but
you didn’t actually need any
nutrients in the concoction.

Aside from these situations,
however, cravings can indeed
point to deficiencies. But
it’s important to know how to
interpret what your body is asking for.

A craving for chocolate doesn’t
mean your body actually
wants chocolate; you may be
lacking B vitamins or magnesium.

You can alleviate this by increasing
your intake of flax
seed oil, seeds, nuts, beans and fruit.

And a craving for oily or fatty snacks
like potato chips or
soda pop means you need calcium from broccoli,
kale, and legumes.
Sometimes the craving can be simply turned
off by interrupting
the senses with other stimuli. A study in
Australia found
that non-food odours can curb unwanted
cravings; smelling
jasmine, for example, reduces chocolate
cravings.
So, the next time you’re craving something
for no apparent
reason, do some research. You’ll likely
discover something
important about your health!
