Hmm, this journey...I would read testimonies and would ask myself, when will it be my turn. I turned that question to prayer to God and He showed up for me.

CRS was initially 326, hubby evaluated his masters and it moved to 327, then I wrote IELTS in August and got a slightly improved score. CRS moved to 340. Then I further evaluated my OND and CRS moved to 359 (OND that I had earlier discarded gave 19 points! Wonders !). Anyways, at this.point, I knew God had to intervene in PNP as best option for me and family.

SINP EE submission - 5th July 2018
AOR - 5th July 2018
IP - August 2018
Septeber 2018 - Wrote to SINP about change in profile

Then the wait....

In January 2019, was led in my spirit to research the business/entrepreneur route. I researched extensively and decided to apply to Nova Scotia as easier for me to meet their requirements.
2 Jan 2019 - sent expression of interest to NSNP
2 Jan 2019 - NSNP acknowledgement received
8 Jan 2019 - Invitation to apply received from NSNP
9 Jan 2019 - withdrew SINP application ( I just had peace to do this. I had a conviction there may be an issue with work experience matching. I had applied for Economists and policy researchers but I don't have any any work experience to match this. I just wanted to get in the stream then. It was the days of SINP fastest fingers)
18 Jan 2019 - applied to IRCC for exploratory visit visa
5 Feb 2019 - procedural fairness letter received ( they queried why I didnt state a prior U.S visa refusal. The truth is that at the date of my visa application submission, I had not received correspondence from U.S embassy on my visa renewal. I received correspondence on 22 Jan 2019, in which they asked me and my family ( it was a family application) to come for an interview. I wrote IRCC stating this and God showed up for me ( meanwhile, U.S embassy denied our visa renewal)
12 March 2019 - passport request for visitor visa for the exploratory visit (3 months visa given)
12- 19 May 2019 - exploratory visit to Nova Scotia
26 May 2019 - application sent to NSNP (Paper application)
28 May 2019 - application acknowledged by NSNP
12 June 2019 - NSNP interview request received
21 June 2019 - applied to IRCC for visitor visa to attend interview
20 August 2019 - eligibility review (not sure when it started just noticed change on this date)
8 September 2019 - BVL received
11 September 2019- Passport request for visitor visa for the interview ( 3 months visa given)
15- 17 October 2019 - interview trip to NSNP office in Nova Scotia. Attended interview on 16 October 2019
16 October 2019 - interview passed. Business performance agreement received
9 December 2019 - Entrepreneur letter issued by NSNP and support for accompanying dependants
10 December 2019- submitted application to IRCC
18 December 2019 - medical passed. Eligibility started. Request for additional documents (clearer scanned passport pages for me and education/work history for spouse)
19 December 2019- submitted additional documents requested
4 February 2020 - Ghost update
5 February 2020 - passport request for closed work permit visa for me, open work permit visa for spouse and study permit visas for kids (2 - a 10yr old and a 7yr old)

Under the program, PR is given after landing and successfully running the business for a year.

*Note: I applied for a short term Visa,I am going for a certificate course by July.

Business document :
CAC certificate,business bank account statement for 6 months,
letter of recommendation from Pan Atlantic University (I did Enterprneureship training course there),

UK COURSE DETAILS : School fees receipt paid in full,invitation letter from the school

Family : Marriage certificate,news
paper showing my change of name .
Children birth certificate, Consent letter from hubby.

Property : Evidence of Property and Address.

Sponsors details: My husband is paying for my flight ticket and accommodation,he gave me a letter of explaination stating that he will sponsor me.
His bank statement and his pay slip.

Personal document : My bank statement ,e.g saving and mutual funds.
My Pan Atlantic University Enterpreneurship certificate.
My personal income tax.
Finally a letter explaining my income as a business woman.

I collected my passport today ,Visa granted.
