bros, I'm not sure the money is paid centrally, i guess cheques are sent to all states to the tune of our pay. It is at the state level payroll that the banks are advised accordingly.

The name is 'first 28days'. The 'first' money dat was paid more than '28 days' later is not the amount expected. It means there is nothing like 'first 28days'.

The Jurist: Confirmed from a friend in Kebbi state, INEC has paid newly employed staff. So just relax your minds and be patient till tommorow and sure ur respective states will give an e-mandate to d banks to effect payment of d salaries of its newly employed staff. According to my friend, the net basic salary and allowances for the 2 mnths are; N105,464 and N40,162 respectively.
