I came across this website while searching for apartments online but as a proper Nigerian, I'm skeptical about the whole thing. Even though I've registered and done all their verification, I want to know if anyone has heard about them or used their services.
According to them, your rent in 100%, you pay 35% and they pay 65%. You pay back the 65% in 10 months with a 3/3.5% interest.
