bullstriker: She can apply for SOWP or a visit visa. Although she can apply now, it's preferable to do it when you start your studies in Canada. She will need a copy of your study permit and proof of full-time enrolment for the application.
Yes, your spouse can use your account. This means that you are applying on behalf of your wife. As a result, you have to submit the Use of Representative form (IMM5476) Thank you bullstriker. I believe the kids’ details will also be entered together with her application or do I need to fill separate applications for each kid? |

Good evening house. I’ve been a spectator and must say I’ve learnt quite a lot on this platform. Please I’ve just received my PPR and submitted my passport waiting for the visa. I plan to apply for my wife and 2 kids to join me though my session is starting September. Pls I need advise if wife should apply for SOWP ( Spouse Open Work Permit) and if this should be done using my profile or she should apply for visit visa? I’ll really appreciate a response. |
