Visit the.ng site login, upload ur photo, click on schedule details, den click on the accept invitation, a photo ID will be generated. Snip the photo ID, let the dragnet logo show. Save as jpg..

Then go to the ng/Test website posted earlier to take the test. When photo ID is requested upload the photo ID you cropped.

That's how I did mine and it worked

Yes it is working and I have captured myself.
Allow desktop apps to use camera is enabled too.

Does your laptop has a webcam? If No. That is the problem and if yes then try to check if the camera is working by capturing yourself first.
