Hi, good evening all. I need help regarding my project that'll be starting in a bit.
I am planning on starting a 2 storey building.
The ground floor has (3) two bedroom flats while the first floor has 3(1 bedroom) and one 3 bedroom flat.
My questions goes to the bricklayers in the house. How much can be charged for the block work and the parapet of the house. The block work excludes the German flooring and decking as those will be given out to another team.
An estimate would be appreciated.
