What if I call the person who calls to notify if an item is at the post office

Guys please help me, i ordered an item which has been shipped like 1 week now, but i'll soon be leaving the address i put there, is there a way i can redirect the parcel to my new location in another state?

funny enough i activated dnd last week, i don deactivate am hoping it solves the matter now
