Sorry, but do u also help people buy from custom?

Hello guys

I use a kia picanto and am having a bit of challenges that are not making me enjoy the car.

1. My brake is hard only when I get in traffic, why?;
2. My brake is also hard sometimes when I use the A. C., Why?;
3. The car is very slow when I turn on the A. C., when I get to a point where I need to apply the brake, when I accelerate after the brake, the car finds it very difficult to move but when it moves, it is slow. Why?;
4. I understand that the more the engine carry loads the more it sound reduces, mine is not like that. In traffic without A. C. The engine sound meter rises to 1 but when I get in free way where I drive fast it comes back to normal.


The brake is perfect when not in traffic.
