This thread is not a media trial whatever that means to you. This is an information direct from the court of law. Don't tell me that you didn't read it before commenting.
BTW: if you need evidence of looting and bribery, go to the court where EFCC secured an order to freeze the lawyer's account, don't come to nairaland.
You guys are hilarious!
At the end of the day this case is DOA!

Sorry Mr common sense and u are talking on faceless forum like this. If they dont have any evidence why dont u sue EFCC for not having any evidence against ur role model and looter. The day fayose went to collect #5million naira from the said account. Was it not shown on channel tv live. He transfered #75million naira from the same account and u are here asking for evidence. Yeye nonsence. Who is talking frivolities here if not u. Nonsense.
Very funny!
I have no time to banta with u sir.

Hahahaaaa. U are talking as if u know anything about prosecution. U know nothing about this, neither are u in any position to do so, therefore u cant say the evidence is not water tight. BTW, So u know that there is relevant authority to handle it. So dont disturb urself because u are not the one that will teach them how to do their job. Why are u linking me with relevant authority. Am i the one to do the job for them or tell them how to do it? Chai. Common sence is not common indeed.
Read what you wrote, juxtapose it with our previous comments and you will indeed realize that "Common sense isn't common".Please what evidence do they have?
I don't have time for frivolities.
Have a pleasant evening.

Please educate us abut what we need to rely on when investigating financial crimes if not investigating the actual movements of the funds from where it was taken, how much and in whose account it ends up in?

I'm waiting, Mr educated.
Very funny!
You're using a smart phone,be smart about it.

Have a pleasant day!

Tracing funds from point A to point B or EFCC looking into bank accounts for dates of deposits done by who and at what time, who the signatories are, who is withdrawing and so on is not rocket science. Even you can do it so stop acting as if this Moon or Mars science.

Stop blaming Nigeria for your own ignorance or lack of knowledge.
Trust me,if that is what you are relying on to fight corruption or referring to as forensic investigation then you need to seek more knowledge and educate yourself.

If a lay man can do it,then there is nothing forensic about it!

Most people will easily evade justice if that is what EFCC is relying on.

Your common sense should tell u to go to approprite quarters asking for eviedence and not a faceless forum.
Common sense should tell you and the relevant Authorities to make sure they have water tight evidence and also make some of it made known before they go about their media trial propaganda and jamboree.

They will soon come scream GEJ!

This tactics on fighting corruption is going to backfire big time.I hope they have concrete evidence.

But then again its very good, let them keep on exposing themselves.

May God punish and disgrace all past, present and future corrupt leaders!

SORRYY . Go to court and see for yourself. Not here. By the way u ae not a judge or lawyer. FAYOSE IS FROM MY STATE AND I KNIW FOR SURE HE CAN ESCAPE JUSTICE. More revelations of Fayose's loot shall be shown to the whole world in due time just watchout.
Very Funny!
Which governor is not corrupt?
There is even mass corruption in the Presidency.
I don't need to be a lawyer to have common sense!

It's basic forensic which is not rocket science.

And per the highlighted, yes it is in many cases illegal to receive stolen funds and goods and such funds should be refunded while you go after your debtor or sue them for payment with stolen funds.
Forensic in Nigeria?
You make me laugh!
