This is to inform the general public of the fraudulent dealing of Bluesea Estates which also goes by the name Livelihood Homes, Ibadan.

Sometimes in September this guy, Kelly Nwogu came on air Fresh FM, 32FM, because where he made a fake advert of sales of land at some unrealistic locations like Elekuru and Ajibode extension, many people are aware of this promo as null and fraudulent but due to the fact the promo is anchored by well known presenters, the likes of Oriyomi Hamzat on 32FM, Yinka Ayefele himself and some of his staff on that radio programme, most people discarded their unbelief about the genuineness of the advert, but behold the advert is FAKE and this man and his staff are at large.

Please beware of any such advert on air or through any means as people of other states have no good recommendation about this so called Kelly Nwogu. Moreso, the Radio presenters are only after profit and not concerned about the the general public who listened to their programmes.
