If you are interviewing for the role of a customer care representative with a software company, and you are asked what your salary expectation is , what amount would you say?

I was asked to send my documents for a government job. Though NYSC Certificate was not mentioned, I believe at some point I would be asked to present it. My issue now is I wasn't available to collect it on my pop . I have my PPA certificate only . How do you advise I go about getting my NYSC Certificate? Do you think it would be a reason for me to be disqualified for the government job? If I am asked for the certificate, what do I say to buy time?
