So let's use a very common scenario, a person wants to send $100 from a WU branch, they will charge him a $12 fee but the recepient will only get NGN35,500; so in other words the person exchanged $112 for NGN35,500 which comes out to a rate of NGN 316/$ ( ie N35,500 divided by $112). I'm offering N330/$ isn't that higher than WU's rate?? So how is anyone losing N25 as you claim??
