If the money is not that much forget it. But if you can't , you can't involve law enforcement

Good day everyone, have actually been on this forum for a while but this my first of posting outside the diary section.

I believed have been scammed and i really need u guys help one how to get the scammer to give me back my money.

I will try my best to be brief and honest.
I'm a student of unn but I'm currently in lag due to the pandemic. So I started Bitcoin and Ethereum trading at home to help me save a little. The business was going quite well as most of my friends were supportive.


So I met this guy segun( not he's real name) and we started doing business together online
He always always buying ETH from me
Then one day he told me one of his guys wanted to sell and that he's the agent I wanted to buy from him o!
But I have this strict policy of receiving the coin first If am buying and he wasn't cool with it
Later that evening a friend of mine needed ETH at a cheap price(My price was above this) so I decided to sell seguns ETH to him
The client sent me the money, I sent it to segun because I felt I trusted him.
After that segun started being inaccessible, after three hours they sent ETH worth 30k to my client
And since then segun has been telling me stories, he's saying the guy scammed him and he's not picking my call

It's been 2 days now
I have seguns account number and details, he's a student in my school, so I have he's picture too but I'm confused

How can i get the 50k back from him
Should I involve the police or EFCC?
Or wait for school to resume and get the school authorities involved?
Is it possible to get my school security to arrest him?
Some people advised me to send guys to threaten and beat him up, but I don't want to get into problem?

Their is hope of getting your money back,just get a police report and head straight to his bank and make a report.His account will be flagged for fraud and he will be apprehended when next he visits the bank and will have no choice than to settle things with you.
