PaulThor: . Yes, you are right. Same was Huawei. Huawei didn't have an official presence in the US. However fact is they use American softwares which android is one. Once the US sees that as a threat, then there comes the problem. It's really unfortunate but it's real. It's time to start considering LG, Lenovo (because of Motorola), Samsung and a few others just in case.. . Isn't the whole issue about huawei spying on US with 4g/5g networks? The android phones were just collateral damage, so i read. |

messymelly: Samsung has made 1T phone, 12gb ram Phone with two chipsets Exynos 9820 (8 nm) - EMEA Qualcomm SDM855 Snapdragon 855 (7 nm) - Qhd+ super dynamic amoled
Two GPUs Mali-G76 MP12 - EMEA Adreno 640 - USA/LATAM Now working on foldable phone What has Xiaomi invented nothing only copying Samsung and hauwei. Someone will say ir that was in galaxy S4,now they are working on 64mp
Nigeria Xiaomi fans are hypocrites always ranting and not accepting the truth.... Always forcing someone to like Xiaomi and claiming Xiaomi is better than hauwei and Samsung, iphone. Xiaomi is not even innovative they don't have their own os, chipset, processor, camera what have they invented first that other brands copied, what the Bleep is the hype all about. They will tell you midrange Bleep it, midrange with out super amoled, midrange that doesn't perform better than Samsung exynos if by chance Xiaomi makes 1t phone in the next 8years to come person will not hear word again meanwhile Samsung might have invented 32gb ram/5t Okay why are you here and why are you using the crap |

olayinkajnr: You must have a 9mobile line for it to work. And only that 9mobile line must be in your phone if you want to be able to add 9pay as a payment method and to be able to purchase any app with it. Okay thanks for your time and clarification. |
Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by adamix(m): 7:30pm On May 29, 2019 |
olayinkajnr: 1. Make sure you registered with the Google account you want to use in making the purchase.
2. Make sure it is only your 9mobile number you have in your phone.
3. Fund the 9pay wallet with some cash (if the app is 200NGN, fund it with 250NGN because about 30NGN or so is for VAT).
4. Open playstore and click on payment method, and then click on add payment method. You'll definitely 9pay billing method. Click on it and it will add successfully.
5. Search for any app you wanna purchase and when it comes to choosing payment method, select 9pay and it will be successful.
Mine is showing unavailable because I don't have only a 9mobile sim in my phone. Lol i registered with my mtn and they sent code there |

olayinkajnr: That for those that use the app. The reviews are for the app and not the service.
I use 9pay.com.ng instead of the app. Done, so how do you use it to pay on play store |
Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by adamix(m): 6:40pm On May 29, 2019 |
olayinkajnr: It's a good thing you buy all your paid apps bro.
But to correct your assertion, only less than 10% of all banks in Nigeria supports Google pay.
Maybe in 2016, they do. But it was stopped in 2017.
Out of the banks that supports Google pay, ALAT By Wema and Wema itself is there. Their card works on any platform (that's what I use).
Some Access Bank Visa cards works too (not all).
Asides that, the only way to get other cards to work on Google pay is by changing your Google account address to a US address. And by so doing, whatsoever you are purchasing will be in dollars which is quite expensive compared to when you are billed directly in Naira.
9pay by 9mobile also works. I'll recommend that to anyone that wants to purchase apps from playstore. 9pay rating is mediocre on playstore...the reviews ehn |

BryanWyatt: So called flagship killers still attract 100k plus Naira . How many 9jas can drop 100k for a phone? You want the flagship killer sold for 50k? Because na them born us na... |

BluePearls: Thanks. How do I go about it? @adamix just noticed you are online. How do I install update on a rooted phone, to avoid bootloop? Dont...if its an OTA small package, your twrp will probably refuse to flash it. If its a full rom package, it will flash and re root by itself by flashing magisk again |

GodisGreat4vr: We keep lamenting that policians are evil but we the people are worse... Nothing good lasts in this country.... Until the people change, things will not get any better... All the social services aimed at helping those in need in the western world, introduce them here and I guarantee 100% that it will collapse in the shortest possible time, as a single greedy and wicked good for nothing nincompoop will just casually hijack and embezzle everything and nothing will happen because Nigerians are too docile and indifferent...disasters that will cause world war 10 has happened in this hell of a country and nothing happened, but in other countries, there would have been series of revolutions already...this country is on a ticking time nuclear cloud... I feel the same way..tho it doesn't include everyone for sure |

You need to get used to the fact that the k20 is the new Xiaomi flagship, in that wise, the MI 9 SE is still holding its own when u compare both Lol guy |

Trex4: Who Else Thinks The Redmi K20 And The K20 Pro Are Better Than The Mi 9? Like I Can't Really See Any Advantage The Mi 9 Has At This Point. I Mean They Have The 48MP, An Amoled Screen and A 4000Mah Battery With A Headphone Jack. And even More For Less. I Mean 450000 Antutu? That's A Snapdragon 865
I'm Still Fixed On The Mi 9 Though. Xiaomi Can't Change My Mind Anymore Waiting for f2/ k20 looks the best option right now |
