in the first mail they sent they said if you are successful in the online assessment test you will be invited for an ASSESSMENT CENTER in Lagos from on 2nd-17 November depending on your schedule but from what I can see in this second mail they sent we will be going for another assessment, a "CENTER BASED ASSESSMENT" which is not the same thing as an "assessment center" which they promised earlier on. For those who don't know the difference between the two the center based assessment is just like the Normal aptitude test you know while an assessment center is a combination of various activities done in a single day which aims at testing the eligibility/suitability of candidate (s) for a particular post, example of activities done during an assessment center are computer based test (just like the normal aptitude test you know), group discussion, essay writing, presentation, and competency based test ( that is one on one INTERVIEW with the prospective employer). I really don't know why they are twisting the whole thing, why will they promise one thing and deliver another?

I believe its another stage in the process of shortlisting. its not 17th November yet bro and as i know assessment centres, it come as the final stage of any recruiting phase.

Me dunno oooo. I jes knw that this workforce ppl cnt be doin online without monitoring. There will b sumtin to check d candidates... maybe cameras and stuffs. Sebi oyinbo ppl do online test too. Technology dn waka oo my broda

Will the person take the same test? How would there be fairness if some people are supervised and one person is not? Like the use of Calculator. Or the person you know is a special candidate?

Why don't we all write online from wherever we are? Hope it's not too late for me to claim that I'm out of the country so I can have mine online too?

Don't say what you don't know.... I know of someone that is outside Nigeria and will still be taking the test online. Me will be coming down to Lagos sha, osun is not that far

Workforce should go beyond this method of physical assessment and move on with the world.

Tests of this nature should be done online as people would need to travel for this. Imagine living outside Nigeria and having to book flights for test and then interview, when you won't be reimbursed for these. There's a reason multinationals contract shl and the likes for these kinda first stage elimination tests.

Really don't know why Oando had to involve Workforce. Oh well.

FOR THOSE THAT ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH THEIR PASSPORT, I'LL SUGGEST THEY CLEAR THE BROWSER CACHE AND TRY AGAIN. AT LEAST THAT WAS WHAT THEY TOLD ME AND IT WORKED FOR ME.
