What did he achieve in Katsina as governor for eight years in water supply and free education for all children, provided by adequate number of well paid civil servants? Do you know something more basic in government services and utilities than these two things?

I do hope we get a leader who oppose IMF and world Bank one day, but all the candidate I have seen so far has nothing like that in their DNA. They all believe in worldbank, IMF, privatization and devaluation of the currency.
