This is a right judgement, in right direction.The key question is where is the state's jurisdiction,in intra state water transport.This judgement will change statutory nomenclature of sub- national water transport, since they have no business in navigation,only restricted to adjoining land -rental services.The caption like Lagos State Water inland Authority and others should change to a new reflective status. |
