please, how do I print my confirmation slip??

Help! trying to submit but showing this "You have not registered " what can I do?

I need clarification on this,
"University and course in each option must be different "..what does that mean?

No Sir, that's not what they said, they said "The University and Course in each option must be different" not that u necessary have to pick from different countries, they just want the university and courses to be different in each option

So, I can choose China for example as my first, second and third choices with different courses??.. More light sir
