Privatization of PHCN company only can not solve this dismay situation on ground. What is guess is that people at d top an also in dis so called distribution company should b willing to work wholeheartedly, complete devotion to there work. How can Nigeria as a country b struggling to get 4000MG, while south africa is having 40000MG. It thing PHCE an our leaders knws wat rite to do dey knw wat to do. |
