The question we should be asking is where is the money saved on subsidy removal, and how come we are borrowing more loans than when we were paying subsidy .
Despite widening tax net this current administration still go on borrowing spree with nothing to show for it except for the useless costal road that's under a lot of criticism .
This country can pay subsidy and still perform better if government cut it spending , if the security situation is improved, and loans are channeled to better capital projects imagine if we have rail network that connects all the 6 geo political zones.

I had quite a healthy bank account last year and was willing to invest a reasonable amount in her. She said she didn't want to go back to school and update her education, and that it's only business that she wanted to do. To cut the very long story short, we started talking marriage, we did the introduction and was about to perform other marriage rites before she took in and we had to suspend everything pertaining to marriage till after the delivery of the baby in accordance with the custom of their people.

Mind you, all along I was the one fully taking care of her, and later on when she took in and after the introduction, she moved in fully with me in my apartment. That was around December last year. That was when expenses became huge on me. I noticed how wasteful she was with food items and how she pressured me into spending extravagantly on exquisite food and takeouts and other stuff. My finances started bleeding profusely once she moved in with me and my business started floundering, contracts that I used to get many of them started dwindling and ebbing off completely. It was a most terrible period for me.

Before removing subsidy, a true leader would’ve called a meeting of all governors and made a deal with them: so so so percentage of the revenue must be dedicated to so so so intervention scheme in every state.

Then he would’ve used the house of assembly to make some things law.

This takes only 6 months of intensive meetings and lobbying, if you’re truly working for the people and not your cronies.

sometimes ago i posted on this forum if I could go for one of my staff who fell in love with me while I was still with my fiancée then. Many people advised me against marrying my staff, the staff in particular was very nice girl to me who stands by me in every time there is challenges, then I knew little or nothing about my wife attitude and I was trying to stick to my wife base on the fact that I met her first and I don’t want to hurt her, eventually I married my fiancée and the staff left. Since I married my wife it has been one set back to the other and the business hasn’t been the same since the girl left.
