[STATE POLICE]: Governor @jidesanwoolu says he is an advocate of State Police. He says the Lagos Neighbourhood Agency has over 5000 officers and he has given approval for 4000 more to be employed.

Mr Governor says IF State Police is approved today, that means he already has about 10,000 men ready for more training. The officer of the agency have been assisting police with intelligence they know the in and out of the local communities.

Politics / Re: Governor Sanwo-Olu To Hold Media Chat On Thursday by adecares(f): 8:09am On Feb 21
Someone should help me ask him this question:

Mr Governor sir, sometimes in Dec 2021 you gave a Go-ahead for Lagos State Neighbourhood Agency through the leadership of Prince Dr Falade to recruit 1000 Neighbourhood Corps in order to boost security in the state.
Since 2021 till date it turned out that the recruitment had been an hoax or another propaganda or political trick, inorder to gather votes because over 1000 applicants were successfully documented after rigorous screening and exercises, unfortunately till date, none has been called to assume duty.

We would appreciate if you can brief us on the fate of the successfully documented applicants.
Thank you
Education / Re: World university rankings 2024 by adecares(f): 8:25pm On Feb 15
I disagree with this ranking,

Tell an alumni of one of the universities to come heads on with one of our best students, they would be beaten hands down,

Our only problem is corrupted, we don’t research at all, especially field research, we dwell on paper work.
Rubbish

Romance / Re: Straight Talk: Just For Women : Advice Men On Anything by adecares(f): 3:36pm On Jan 31
My advice is quite simple.
Don’t do pass your power,

No one has power over you than yourself,

Don’t send yourself to an early grave,

Try to say “NO” and be firm about it

Only you;

Wife wahala
Children palava
Mama, Papa,
Even ur siblings ah ah, and even your siblings kids, ah ah.

You better learn to look away and let them call you stingy if they want to, that’s their problem.

admneducation:
The National Identity Management Commission has launched a self-service solution that allows Nigerians to register for the National Identification Number from the comfort of their house through a smartphone.
The app will save Nigerians, including those in the diaspora from having to visit a NIMC office or partner-agent office for NIN-related issues.

It also allows modifications, such as the change of one’s age, which the Barnksforte CEO said can only be done once on the application.

Thank you for this update,
Do you have an idea of change of name.

But you see my sis in law, only God knows how she is managing or coping with 3 kids and no husband, I even tot she is going to marry the father of the third child, but as it is she is still with her mum with three kids with three different fathers, for this present day naija, I just pity my mum in law who is suppose to be enjoying the little stipend that is being sent to her but using it to raise 3 kids and 1 adult. Their family is complicated sha, them no Dey tell themselves the truth.

It is the audacity to think that it is only Peter Obi that is the messiah that can bring development to Nigeria.

This is the same man that 98% of Igbos usually insult and abuse during his time as the Governor of Anambra. The evidence are all over Twitter and still here on nairaland.

Miraculously, this same man is being paraded as the best thing after slice bread.

It is high time you all accepted your L and face reality.

Jagaban is here to stay!

This is exactly why I did not support him.
If you see the persecution I received en
I will gladly received them again
I was the only youth that supported Tinubu at my polling unit, the rest are elderly and older adult.
