Hello group.. Being so dry out here, I miss everything about the thread, I still remember and laugh.. We have real really come a long way... So sad not all of us made it, truth is we never planned it like that, everyone worked hard to get in, but sadly, things don't go the way we want it, but we would leave it like that.

So, I was reading about this lady that made a first class in the CLA department, first person to do so in 33years.. Big feat I you ask me. But then, what stroked me most about her story was that she wasn't what we though first class student were. She actually was the very playful type who read with the music on and who didn't like the library environment. I was surprised about this revelation so I decided to carry out an investigation into how you need to keep your scores steady to make a first class. Truth is making a first class in UI may be easier than thought after all!.. To make a first class you must :


# Discover yourself, that the first basic requirement. If you like to play, play and find time to read.. Truth is 3 hours of steady reading 5 of the 7 days in a week can allow you gather more than enough knowledge. But like I said discover yourself, if you like to read in silence, do that!! if you like to study with the noise oozing from every corner, do that!!.. In everything you do just make sure it is the best way to grab the points you need to acquire knowledge.

# Each course has a 100 marks grade mark... 30% for tests(assignment, attendance and all the various tricks) 70% for the exam proper.. Truth is if you score within an average of 26-30 in your test and 50-60 in the general exam, you would hit the Straight A+(70-100) with ease...

# You keep that average score above through out all your unit courses then I bet it you would hit the surpass the minimum 6.0 Cpga to hit a first class mark..


It sounds easy right? am telling you it doesn't only sounds easy it's actually easy if you set your mind at it.. I know life would somehow sometimes destabilize our plans but then someone said "When life throws Lemons at you pick it up and make Lemonade out of it"
