Hello Bro,

Please I need your opinion on the chances of my permission to stay application being granted.

I came into Ireland through France and have been living there since 2015 with my fiancée who's an Irish citizen.

We have a baby now and he's registered with my name as the dad. I have applied for permission to remain based on zambrano, got a strongly-worded letter from INIS demand to know why I got into the state without the minister of justice's permission and the document I used in getting in.

How do you see my chances and is there any advice you have for me?

@adedoyanzelah your opinion is also needed. Thanks.

They will grant it just don't lie about how u got there. I think getting a good lawyer over there is very important they will put u through successfully. Since the child is yours and its registered so u have no reason to be scaded

Good day house, do they really confirm statement of accounts submitted. I mean do they confirm account balances from the banks?

Secondly, I and my family submitted our applications for tourist visas on June 27 and delivered June 28 and we are yet to get a feedback. Anyone with an idea on timeframes for feedback?

Thanks.
Irish embassy are mad when it's comes to confirming documents if u submit anything fake they will block u for 5 year. So be careful

Hi, I need advise how to package my visa application, my wife is a registered nurse presently working in ireland. We thought she will be issued with critical work permit so i can join her immidiately but based on her educational qualification, She got her General work permit in January 2019 and general work permit I have to wait 12 months before I can join her.. She came home visiting me for a month in may and left June. Now we are expecting our first child and would so love to be by herside before she her expected due date.. But still got to chill till January ending before I can initially apply, is there a way I can apply before then and what and what documents do I need to get to back my application.

You have to wait till next January except if u just want to go on a visit

My wife application now 1 month with Irish embassy. The application was forwarded to Irish Embassy Abuja on 22 of May. No other information. We don't know if Embassy actually received the application or not. Below is the tracking information
They have received it but for now they have backlogs of such applications. Don't border them with emails or else they will send you a warning email

Hello
I applied Ireland join spouse of Irish citizen on the 11th of this month but can’t track my application
My husband and I got married 2016 I applied for visit before but withdrew 2days later as my company called me back. I have traveled to Philippines Ghana and Korea all total of 9 travels but on business purpose only. I have now decided to join my husband you have visited me 2 times
My question is do I stand a chance? When can I get a decision? And why can’t I track my application since it’s been 8 working days today

Good morning guys, i applied for the join spouse visa 3rd week of April 2018. My wife is Irish citizen and over the past 6-7month no feedback from the embassy.

We submitted the following documents:
Wife- Irish passport (copy)
6month bank statement
Tax document
Letter from employer(Hospital)
Letter from Landlord
Invite letter

Husband- Application letter
International passport(virigin)
Bank statement covering 6months
Business certificate (CAC)
MARRIAGE certificate .
Relationship History
Phone call logs
Pictures(before, during and after) wedding.
Passport photograph.

Do we have reasons to be worried?
Could there be any bottlenecks?

I applied on the 6th of July 2018 and no reply yet.have u gotten your own visa?
