Hmmm.....7:46pm, did they approve from Canada or Nairobi? IRCc and their ways never predictable.
I am also going to Sheridan College in January 2023. Still expecting my PPR though I already got medical request and passed it.

Get your documents intact, pay the sms, transmission fees and 1 way courier fees because I think DHL has stopped the 2 way courier.. add the receipts In your envelope, check that your consent form is there and signed, 2 photo copies of your international passport, with your name, number, email and home address written below.. your ppr letter and your biometric slip given to you after your biometrics, also add a plain paper with your details on it inside the envelope.. write your name boldly too on the envelope.. the print out should all be colored

Biometric done and updated the same day: 9th of September, 2022
Upfront Medical: 11th of October, 2022
Medical passed: 9th of November, 2022 after sending many webforms
PPR: 19th of December, 2022 after sending many emails and webforms for the past 2 weeks.
Please don't stop sending emails and webforms, please don't lose hope.

Please send webforms and emails to Ottawa Nairobi and the Likes in bulk and quick succession. Over 70 emails a day is not bad.

The RROC rapid response operation system in Ottawa is handling files and they're rapid.

Study permit processing time has dropped to 9 weeks.
