One reason why I love the Aba boys. They know their onions.

Ever heard of "Sell in 2's"?

Let me break it down.

A customer asked for the price of the T-shirt you sell.

Your response will be : A t-shirt with a face cap costs 1,500.

Then the customer might ask for only the price of the T-shirt.

You: The T-shirt alone costs 1300.

Do you get the picture?

The customer will be tempted to get both the T-shirt and cap.

Sometimes, you make them want what they weren't expecting.

Customer: How much is your book?

You: 1200 for two packs.

After they have gotten it, you give them extra offers.

Something like "Don't you need a pen. This pen writes well and it compliment s the book as well.

Bingo!!

You get to close multiple sales that way.

BusinessHow To 3x Your Sales With Little Effort. by AdedoyinMMQ(op): 10:46pm On Apr 04, 2022
"I sell fine cheap wig. Come and patronize me."

You sell like that and you wonder why people don't buy.

It's time to stop selling products and start selling the value.

 Don't sell wig
Sell stress free and trending/slaying hair

 Don't sell creams
Sell smooth and shiny skin that will make men trip

 Don't sell clothes
Sell beauty and trend

That's how you win.

Sell the results, not the products.

Jobs/VacanciesHow To Make Yourself More Visible To Job Offers by AdedoyinMMQ(op): 4:43pm On Apr 04, 2022
Many people remain unseen because they fail to get updated.

How well can you sell yourself?

You have all it takes to do that job but you're invisible.

Even the resume you sent to the company got rejected.

Have you sat down to look at what went wrong?

You see other people's proposal been attended to but yours is left behind.

And you think it's not yet time for you to shine.

No!

Have you taken a look at your portfolio?

One of the magic wand to get that job is an Exquisite PORTFOLIO

Your portfolio must contain YYT

 Your expertise
How well can you deliver the service well? Will your product be good enough?

Your background
How long have you been in the business? How well have you been able to handle that particular job?

Trust
Can they entrust their money to you while paying ahead?
Can you deliver the service perfectly well??

Input all that in your portfolio and see it work wonders

EducationDefinition Of Suffering: Being A Nigeria Student In A Federal University by AdedoyinMMQ(op): 9:10am On Mar 31, 2022
You're a student

In a federal school

In Nigeria

And you're broke.

Is there anything worse than that?

Do you know the set of people I pity most?

Those that wait to finish their University education before starting their lives.

I'm not condemning you but it ought to be obvious by now that you make things work out for you yourself.

You can depend on the government if you like but prepared to get your heart broken.

How do you get your life started?
Do something different.
Learn an online skill. It will surely pay off.

There's nothing wrong in having multiple streams of income.
CareerRe: My Profession Isn't Meant To Get Me Rich. Only My Business Can. by AdedoyinMMQ(op): 8:56am On Mar 31, 2022
Your profession can be your passion.

Your business main aim is to make money.
CareerMy Profession Isn't Meant To Get Me Rich. Only My Business Can. by AdedoyinMMQ(op): 8:54am On Mar 31, 2022
I love my aspired profession but love can't feed me. Pt 2

"What business am I in?" asked Ray Kroc, the founder of McDonald. That looks like a question with an obvious answer but it isn't. Your profession can be a chef but your business is what gets you the profit. Ray Kroc answered the question by saying "I'm not into the hamburger business. My business is real estate."

Asking a random person what their business is and you get replies like "I'm a banker", "I'm a medical doctor". Then ask if they own the bank or hospital. They respond with "No, I work there." That's them confusing their profession for business.

There are several common misconceptions about profession and business. Only a few that understand have leveraged on the information. They are both economic activities, no doubt. But one requires qualifications, the other doesn't.

Business is concerned with the production or purchase and sale of products and rendering of services with the purpose of earning profit. While Profession is concerned with formal qualification, knowledge, and expertise required to be applied by the person in his occupation.

CHARACTERISTICS OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSION
In business
- Risk is involved
- Capital is required
- No qualifications are required
- involves buying and selling
- The main goal is to make profit.

In profession
- Risk involved is minimal
- No capital is required
- Qualification is the main priority
- involves rendering services based on your current niche
- A certain amount of fee is rewarded based on your services

Here are three logical differences between business and profession

1. Risk factor
There's a security that comes with profession. The security of having job stability because of your expertise. No risk is being taken in profession. In business, risk and uncertainty are involved. You can lose all or gain more within a blink of an eye.

2. Main objective
Humanity first; that's the mantra of profession. You serve humanity first by rendering service, then you get paid a certain fee for that. The main goal of starting a business is to earn profit.

3. Qualifications
A business can be started overnight by anyone. It's not the same as profession. Profession requires prolonged training that makes one expertise in the field. Ever wondered how a dropout became a highly respected businessman? That's because it's not by profession. A business requires you to learn along the way while building up.
After a lot of studies, it's now clear that business and profession are not the same.

Business is main motive is to earn profit and acquire wealth, while service is the basic motive of a profession. Also, the risk involved in profession is minimal or not at all. For business, the risk is part of the main deal.

Apart from taking risks, they face risks too. Anyone can go into business but to have a profession, you have to go through prolonged training to become a certified professional.

Profession requires you to mind someone's business and make them rich while, business is focused on building your wealth pyramid.

You want to get wealth? It's time to focus more on your business. It doesn't have to be anything big. You can always learn a digital skill.

For recommendations, you can always send a message over.
CareerI Love My Aspiring Career But I Can't Eat Love by AdedoyinMMQ(op): 9:58am On Mar 30, 2022
Only if I had known

I'm a lover of white coats. A typical science student.

I was proud of being a science student but being broke in my 1st two years at the University made me question my future.

I love my aspiring career. Yeah, a sexy microbiologist in view.
Loving my dream isn't going to feed me. I have to make money

How do I go about it?

**Sneak peek into my life**
I hate physical labour. So going for anything physical to get money is out of the way.

Until I landed on digital skills.

That's where my regret comes in.

Only if I had known earlier, I would have leveraged on it early and prevented unnecessary hunger during my first two years at the University.

Give me a phone with data connection and I will never be broke. I know how to leverage on my skills.

It's still surprising how people aren't aware of the ways to leverage on the internet.

There's gold on the floor but many can't see it.

Let's use Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing as an example

You earn in dollars by writing a short book of 15-25 pages.

Best part is uploading your books on the platform is free and you don't have to be a writer.

Just be willing to learn and follow some key imp rules.

Now, judge this matter yourself
You get to publish your books for free
Amazon has over 300M+ active customers to view your books
That's an opportunity to earn in dollars
Your books can keep generating you passive income as long as the section of Amazon exists

So tell me, with all that's listed, how can you be brokehuh

Whenever you're down on cash, it's two reasons. It's either you don't know where the money is or you don't feel like getting it.

There are more opportunities to leverage on.

Make your research and you can always send a message for guidance.
CareerRe: Help My Brother Is Threatening To Commit Suicide Due To Unemployment Frustration by AdedoyinMMQ(f): 4:28pm On Mar 26, 2022
Let him leverage on online opportunities.

There are skills he can get that can make him a go-to person.
Skills like Copywriting and the likes.

In this part of the world we find ourselves, the earlier we recognize that our certificate isn't the only way the better.

Tell your bro to give himself 3 months.
1 month for learning the skill thoroughly and the rest for implementing.

The 3 months is even too long to get results.

There are opportunities around. People are just looking elsewhere.
CareerThere's Always Something To Leverage On by AdedoyinMMQ(op): 9:12am On Mar 26, 2022
There is money on the ground but everyone is busy searching the air.

"The world is changing. Someone forgot to tell the youth."

If you ask me, this isn't the time to get a shop.

There are more opportunities to leverage online compared to you waiting for customers in an offline environment.

Unless you probably decide to take your offline business online for more people to patronize you.

The world is going digital and it's a risk to be left behind.

I'd list 5 high-income skills/businesses you can start now that can make you anything from N400,000 to N2m or even x5 of that in a month.

These skills are highly profitable and they don't need a lot of capital for you to start.

You should keep reading this if you're not ready to open your mind to obvious opportunities.

This write-up will give you the basic details of each and what to do if you're interested in any one of them.

It's now left to you to go ahead and work on them.

Before we dive into it fully, there's an important thing you must know.

"There's a lot of money."

Forget the line "No money on ground"

Actually, there is.

But people are looking for flying money. No one is searching on the ground.

There are various opportunities to leverage on and many are just ignorant.

If you're broke right now, it's either you're ignorant or you choose to be broke.

You may have little cash left in your hand right now but if you successfully execute at least one of the skills) businesses in this write-up, you could be having N5m in the next 39 days.

It depends on you.

Since you have read to this stage, I believe you're one of those that will read and implement what you have read.

E-commerce

E-commerce is all about 3 things:

(1) Searching for physical products that solve problems for people or help them get closer to their desires mostly from China.

(2) Buying the products at the lowest cost possible, importing them to Nigeria

(3) And using a great marketing method to sell them for a good ROI

Find a hungry market and solve their problem.

Affiliate marketing

Another thing about this business model is that it is perfect for people who do not want the stress of creating products or actually running a business so to say.

That is because all they have to do is sell.

Affiliate marketing is a business model where you sign up as an affiliate with a company and you then promote any of their products.
When you make a sale on any product, you get paid a commission.

It is as simple as that.

You don't own any products.
You don't deal with customer support
You don't manage employees
Or do any of those things that take a business to run

Apart from that, affiliate marketing makes your work easier because most of the job is already done for you.

It doesn't require a lot of capital and you can start it fast.

You can even combine it with other businesses later on.

And the marketing experience you get from it will help you market the remaining business models that you decide to add later on.

*****************

Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing

This is a self-publishing platform and it's good in the sense that you earn in dollars when people buy your books.

This is very cool.
You don't have to be a writer to start.
You just have to learn the process well.

*********************

Digital course creation

(1) Start by deciding on a topic that people will buy
(2) Package or Create the information into a product
(3) Create a System to market the information product

How you treat this information is now up to you.

The first thing you have to check is your mindset.

Without realizing it, your mind can close off opportunities due to what it has been exposed to over a long time.

You can change your mindset by reading the appropriate books and implementing the mindset shift.

Even if you take everything from a man that has a positive mindset, give him 1-3 months and he'd acquire it all again.

You can always reach out to me if you're interested in any of the opportunities listed up there.
