Mind you since na commerical software you won't get any professional software engineering consultations for free

Better call the developer or outsource it

The developer is not reachable, maybe out of the country.

Programming / IT Gurus Please Help: Why Can't I Create New Visit For A Patient EMR? by adefitim(m): 5:40am On Jun 28
past visits and programs? i recently created programs in EMR and one point the system crushed and on reinstalling the database, I cannot add patient visits and create programs. i tried downloading the concept dictionary and running it but the problem still exists . what can i do … Your help is highly welcome.

We use a software app in our hospital call EMR - Electronic Medical Records.
As patient come in to see doctor we create New Visit through the patient profile. We have been doing this for months and had no issue not until last week we noticed that once we create New Visit through the OPD Module it will only say Record saved Successfully but won't pop up at the top of the OPD list like before. I even try to create the new visit through the Patient Profile still the same. This present predicament is affecting the hospital efficiency.
Programmers in the House what could be the problem....

ALARM BELL!!!! 🔔 ⏰️ 🚨

Hello to these Afrobeat gate - keepers.

I just want to bring your attention to something. Burnaboy, Wizkid, Davido, Don Jazzy, and others.

In the late 80ies and early 90s , Jamaica Dancehall music was the rave just like Afrobeat today . Their stars were celebrated across the world, and they made a mistake. They started infusing RNB and Hip - Hop into their sound( the new shining object at that time )because it was poping up instead of concentrating more on their dancehall sound because they wanted quick cash and dancehall died .

Now you guys are doing exactly the same thing to Afrobeat at the moment ignorantly. You have all jumped into Amapiano, the new shining object, and forget your own sound because of quick cash. Now Afrobeat is gradually losing its steam. Go to every metric : YouTube video streams , Apple music stream, Sportify stream, etc ... The numbers are going down why Amapiano is going up because you guys have all jumped on the trend.

You must intentionally and consciously stick to the Afrobeat sound. You can infuse it , hybrid it, or add elements to it but not Amapiano. If you guys don't change now , Afrobeat will go the way of Jamaica Dancehall ( d£ad ), and you all will be the cause of its demise .

So I am ringing this alarm bell now . The red light is flashing . Do something quickly.

Investment / Hon Minister Of Interior Complete Command And Control Facility by adefitim(m): 10:10am On May 17
Earlier today, I was joined by the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, SAN, to inspect the soon-to-be commissioned command and control facility, housing a 1.4 PetaBytes (PB) Tier 4 Data Center, at the NIS headquarters in Sauka, Abuja.

With this, 17 years of waiting has come to an end. The facility was built by a Nigerian company, and certified by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

We now have the best border management security system that will integrate all migration activities for close monitoring from a central observatory command by qualified officers.

As a government under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR), we remain committed to fulfil the #RenewedHope mandate, delivering a sweet experience to Nigerians.

TV/Movies / AMVCA Award: Sabinus Deserve The Award And Not Layi Wasabi by adefitim(m): 11:58am On May 12
Can someone tell me the criteria for winning the title of Best Content Creator in Nigeria? Are the organizers biased towards a specific tribe? If the award isn't tribal-based, then how did Layi win Best Digital Content Creator over Sabinus at the AMVCA?

Above is what was posted on Igbo’s History page on Facebook but I must give it to majority of the followers there that schooled the poster.

Let stop fanning tribalism and promote unity in Nigeria

Investment / China Launches World’s Largest Fully Electric Container Ship by adefitim(m): 6:59pm On May 07
COSCO Shipping, a Chinese government-owned company, has introduced the biggest river-to-sea electric container ship ever, named the Green Water 01. This massive vessel, weighing over 10,000 tons, is fully electric.

The Green Water 01, a COSCO Shipping electric container ship, measures 119.8 meters in length, 23.6 meters in width, and 9 meters in depth. It has a design draft of 5.5 meters and can reach a maximum speed of 19.4 km/h (12 mph). This vessel sets various records in the marine industry, including its length, width, container capacity, deadweight tonnage (over 10,000 tons), and battery capacity (exceeding 50,000 kWh).

The electric container ship runs on a big battery with more than 50,000 kWh of power. Depending on how long the ship will be at sea, COSCO can adjust the number of battery modules it uses. For instance, they can add extra 20-foot battery boxes, each providing 1,600 kWh of electricity, to extend the ship's range.

The ship's captain, Wang Jun, mentioned to CCTV that when the Green Water 01 is fitted with 24 battery boxes, it can complete trips using 80,000 kWh of energy. This is about the same as burning 15 tons of fuel for a similar journey in a regular container ship.

COSCO Shipping mentioned that the Green Water 01 can save 3,900 kg (8,600 pounds) of fuel for every 100 nautical miles it travels, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 12.4 tons. After its successful launch, the Green Water 01 has started weekly service between Shanghai and Nanjing.

The Igbos votes competence and capacity over ethnicity any day any time.

Peter Obi was obviously the best candidate in that election

How come you guys can’t replicate voting competency in your 5 Eastern states since 1900

You can't accuse any region in Nigeria in regards to tribalism. Every region tend to vote for their sons in any presidential election.

Ibo has no candidate in major parties before Obi, so you can't really say if you are triblaist or not. Besides, in 2003, PDP massively rigged all states, and Ojukwu that supposed to be a face of Igbo are very weak candidate and was rigged out as well.

In my own understanding of politics, SW is the only region that has a swing voters in Nigeria. But I must really commend SE for their loyalty to PDP since 1999, it was so unfortunate that the key players from the region were not that smart politically like SW to have used that to their advantage.

Let stop being tribalist, Nigeria need each region to function separately in their own ways.

Respect sir.

How is Awolowo better than Azikiwe? Both of them were cerebral and Nigeria would have been better if any of them were the Executive President instead of Shagari in 1979.

So the S/E voting for him wasn't a case of tribalism but a support for competence.

Besides, you said Ojukwu was a weakling in politics because he lost a senatorial election? He lost because his party NPN wasn't grounded in the East like the NPP.

Besides, Ojukwu said his intention was to align the South East with the NPN which was the ruling party. Don't forget that was the party that made Shagari and Ekwueme President and VP respectively.

Ojukwu wasn't a neophyte in Eastern politics. He and Azikiwe never agreed politically even though they were brothers.

Many things sup for that 1979 elections my chief.

Sire, I respect your submission. No insult just straight opinion.

God bless you
