Phones / Some Appliances You Have At Home Has Hiding Cameras— Kelechi Deca by adefitim(m): 2:31pm On Nov 19, 2023 |
Your phone eavesdrop on you cos the mic for most of the apps is on, that's why after speaking with someone & mentioning a product, FB & Instagram starts sending ads of that product to you. No be juju. Disable the mic. I know we are too neck deep into this to try to tap out at this time, but if there's a referee, we can reduce the exposure. I am worried that my TV has a camera and a microphone and I don't know where they're located. Meaning that whatever is happening in my living room can be recorded by a third party I don't know of. For some people, their microwave, refrigerator even blender are spying on them but they don't know. Imagine such nansense. I sent the company an email, and they're telling me that the camera is for video calling purposes. I told them I ain't doin no nansense video calling. How can TV I should be watching, be watching me also. I spoke to a friend who is more knowledgeable in stuff like this. He told me that most TV cameras are located in the middle-top section of the TV and that I can disable the camera module from the settings menu or physically locate it and cover it up with tape , same way we cover the webcam of the laptop. Back to the phone, I've been advised to open the Settings app , go to “Security and Privacy” and then select “Privacy.” Look for the “Permission Manager” option and tap on it. Find and click on “Microphone.” Review the list of apps that have microphone access and decide which ones you want to restrict. Some apps you downloaded have not been used since this year, of what use are they to you. Uninstall them, some of them are monitoring spirits for bigger tech demons. Career / You Think He/She Can’t Do Yahoo/hookup? — Kelvin Onovo by adefitim(m): 5:58pm On Nov 15, 2023 |
This guy right here takes these clothes he sells around Enugu, even in the scorching sun. Every day, he keeps on toiling, hoping for a better day to come. One day he will own one of the biggest boutiques in Enugu State, and he will be known. People will neglect all these times he was doing it. So you think this guy can’t do Yahoo? Or do you think they are selected individuals who can do it? or you think you are too smart. If you go to Ogbete main market, you will see countless beautiful women hustling and even begging you to make your hair for a fee. Do you, by chance, think they can’t do hook up? Or do you think their PUNA is not sweeter than yours? Whatever stup!d things you are doing or about to do, using the fact that your family is poor or that you have suffered means that you have been nurturing that thought a long time ago; you are just looking for a reason to do it. If you ever do it just know that no one forced you to do it or even circumstance. You are not the only one who has suffered or who is suffering. Go to the Ogbete main market and see kids pushing barrows. But you are online claiming this or that when you have a smart phone or even a means you can make a living on. There is dignity in labour. Whatever we do in this life, whether good or bad, has a consequence. There was this guy who got signed by Aquafina Water, who gave him items worth 3 million or so. He was out there hustling under the sun; he was joyfully doing and added style to it, and opportunity saw him prepared. Imagine if he were at home. Do you think such an opportunity will come to him? He was showing up until the right opportunity saw him. Now he is a brand ambassador for Aquafina, and he is doing the same business on the side. There is still time to change; it isn’t too late. If na Akara start selling, if na sachet water start something now, and watch how God and the universe will change your story. Education / Nigerians Lack Basic Understanding Of Human Development.— Kelechi Deca by adefitim(m): 6:08pm On Nov 13, 2023 |
In a phone discussion with a friend, he said that I tend to either contradict myself, I asked how. He reminded me of saying that "Nigeria is advancing and at the same time underdeveloping." I told him that using generators to charge his iPhone15 ProMax, & Tesla is a good example. He cut the line. It is unfortunate that most Nigerians irrespective of their levels of education and exposure still lack basic understanding of human development. Where do I start explaining this because I no wan explain tire..... Check the banking system, we have some of the most advanced banking tech structures, yet when you have a simple issue of transaction failure, or reversal, it takes an arm or leg to rectify. That is the problem of having the STRUCTURE without the INFRA. Classic human underdevelopment. Every human advancement must have existing ancillary platform that enables its operations in a seamless manner. The platform in most cases are socio-cultural or intellectual. That is the INFRA. My big brother Dr. Femi Adebajo was complaining about the refusal of Nigerian motorists to adhere to simple rules on lane changes instead of straddling. That is an example. Some even think lane markings are waste of paints. Some countries are losing sleepless nights to ensure no woman dies while giving birth, and that more kids get to live past their 5th birthday (Under-Five Incidence), go and check your own statistics. Every negative development statistics in the world, we are among top 10, thats underdevelopment. You drive a N300 million 2023 Range Rover, or a N400 million Mercedes Benz G-Wagen. Yet the road leading to your house is pothole infested. And boys are stealing manhole covers everywhere, one jump into a manhole on high speed would wreck the multimillion naira one in town car. Advancement without development. You live in multi-billion exclusive estate, but still pay millions extra to estate security and association for basic things such as road maintenance and internal security. You know that you can be deleted from the face of the earth and nobody would see a trace of you till thy kingdom come. You know you live in a jungle..... A country where 122.5 million of the population has access to the internet, yet over 45 million defecate in the open. That is underdevelopment pro-max. Have you wondered why motorists give way to sirens of politicians but would not yield for ambulances? Because we are primitive people. If you check the budget of the 36 states of the federation AND the FCT, in the last decade, you'd be shocked to note that not up to 10% of the states had any plan for potable water. To them, almost every household provides their own water through boreholes, so there is no need for pipe borne water. In some villages, during Christmas, you'd see some people using luxury cars to fetch water. They do not see the irony because they do not know better. Absence of potable water is a sign of primitivity in a society. It is also a huge pointer to the sanitation levels within a given country. It is not for nothing that cities are planned with central sewage system. Visit any home in Nigeria, ask them where their septic tank is located, and ask where their borehole is located, do the maths, that is if you too understand. Have you bothered to know where these guys that evacuate human wastes dispose them? In the lagoon and wastelands where they return back to the food chain without adequate natural synthesisation. London built the first central sewage system in 1858. But 165 years later we can't even handle our own shit. In my village, we had pipe borne water supply before the Biafra War, and it was resuscitated after the war. But since the last 20 years, sinking a borehole has become the order of the day for every family including mine. The water facility has been abandoned. Remember Iju Water Works? It was a world class water treatment facility engineered by the Japanese. That one no concern me o. When I was growing up, within my rural locality in Mbaise, as at mid 80's, we had about 40 secondary schools, and all of them had boarding facilities. Among these secondary schools were about 10 older ones, each had a football field, a basketball court, a tennis court, a volleyball court, fully equipped science laboratories, clinic, libraries, and staff quarters etc etc. About 30 years later, it would be a miracle to see any with functioning facilities. Thats underdevelopment. And it is nationwide. I remember as a 10 year old my father would always take me with him whenever he's going to our local government headquarters for one thing or another. He'd drop me off at the library till later in the afternoon. Every LGA and state had functioning libraries. But today... Make I mind my business and adhere to my doctors instruction biko.—— Kelechi Deca Lalasticlala Mynd44 Seun Obinoscopy Nlfpmod

Religion / How The Trinity Doctrine Got To Africa. —-reno Omokri by adefitim(m): 6:43pm On Nov 04, 2023 |
It is now common knowledge, although it did not used to be, that along with the Armenians, Ethiopians are the oldest Christians on Earth. I have been to Ethiopia twenty-five times in study of the roots of Scripture and the Ekklesia (the word used in the original Bible is Ekklesia, not Church. Church is an incorrect translation of the Koine Greek word Ekklesia, which actually means Gathering). One of the surprising things about Ethiopia is that their Scriptures and traditions are purer than those in Europe. For example, the oldest complete illustrated New Testament in the world is in Ethiopia. They are called the Garima Gospels and are written in the ancient Ge'ez language of Ethiopia. Also strange to outsiders is the fact that the Garima Gospels and other ancient Scriptures are kept in churches and monasteries that are in very hard to reach locations, like mountaintop churches and caves. It is because of their history. Over the course of a thousand years, they have been attacked by Muslims (funny enough, they gave asylum to the first Muslims when the Quraysh of Mecca were killing them). And often, the only safe place for them were mountaintops, caves and other treacherous terrains. I have been to some of these places, and much as I love God, I hesitate to go to these mountaintop monasteries and churches again because you can almost die getting there. The only way is by foot, and the Ethiopians are genetically evolved to do well in high altitudes. Pastor Favour Desimhi, who once followed me to Wenchi Cherkos Monastery, and I almost had a heart attack while my wife was climbing and smiling. But suffice it to say that the original Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church did not believe in the Trinity and worshipped on the Sabbath. They also circumcise males and abstain from pork. They considered many of the practices of European Catholicism as heresy. The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church and the Coptic Church of Egypt were initially very unreceptive to new ideas from Rome and other European centres of Catholicism. However, that all changed when they were attacked by wave after wave of Muslim armies. Things got to head after yet another attack by a Muslim army led by Imam Ahmad ibn Ibrahim al-Ghazi, a military leader from the Adal Sultanate, which is in present-day Somalia. At around 1539, he attacked and occupied the Christian nation of Abyssinia, now known today as Ethiopia. The Emperor of Habesha (Habesha is an alternative name for Abyssinia or Ethiopia), Dawit II, had, in a panic, requested help from Christian Europe through João Bermudes, a Portuguese Catholic priest. Ardent followers of my page will remember that I visited the palace of this same Dawit II in Lalibela, in the Amhara region of Ethiopia. The King of Portugal, John III of Portugal, a Catholic (as were most Europeans at the time), offered help on the condition that the Abyssinians accepted the Trinity and the veneration of Mary, as well as other Catholic doctrines. Caught between a rock and a hard place, Dawit II did not object vigorously, although he was not thrilled with the idea. He had to be practical. He was not in a position suitable for refusal. But his son, Gelawdewos, who was more conscious than his father of their standing as royals of the Solomonic dynasty, was not sold on the idea. He eventually defeated the Muslim army with the help of Portuguese musketeers led by Cristóvão da Gama. After the defeat of the Muslims, Gelawdewos, who succeeded his father, refused to follow through with the conditions of the Portuguese king and insisted on the observance of Saturday, the Sabbath Day, as the day of worship, the refusal of his people to eat pork, and the practice of circumcision, amongst others. Sadiy, after a Muslim army defeated Gelawdewos on March 23, 1559, and killed him, João Bermudes and his fellow Portuguese Catholic priests overwhelmed the Abyssinians with teachings on the Trinity, Sunday worship, non-requirement of circumcision, and the veneration of Mary. Left with no army and almost entirely at the mercy of the military assistance they were expecting from Europe, these dogmas were accepted and have continued to cause division and controversy in Ethiopia even until today.
