For about 5 years now I've been battling extreme tiredness . Asides that I sleep alot most especially at afternoons. At night,nonce I sleep around 11pm and not going to work the next day, I can wake up by 10am or 11 am.

During afternoon and night sleeps, the sleep is usually very deep (REM phase or whatever you medics call it, please correct me) and usually characterized by heavy dreams.

Even during work, I'll always take the risk to create some time to have a little sleep. I've been battling this for about 5 years now. What could be wrong.

you don't have any problem ogbeni.. it's because you sleep in too late. for 1 week, I want you to wake up very early and always resist the urge to go back to sleep. wake up by 6:30 am, do 15 push ups, and jug for 15 minutes. then start your day activities.. you'll be fine after a week, maybe even less.
too much sleep is one of the ways you condition your brain to be lazy.

do you have a basic knowledge of phone tech tips or you just picked interest in it?
you need a prior knowledge to help you cope with the learning conditions of today
most engineers wont even show you the rudiments of gadget repair
and so you have to develop those yourself to make it easy for you to blend in and even go beyond what you will be taught.
secondly 99.9 % of ikeja(computer village) engineers dont know how to work on motherboard or panel faults, which is the core sign of being called an engineer, if only changing of screen, touchpad and replacements of part on both computer and phone is all that makes someone an engineer, then his apprentice have even failed before thy enrolled, because check YouTube there you'll find out that most of the replacement and diagnosis are being done by alot of people, who happens to be end users also.
An average engineer must be a able to work on a motherboard/panel, to atleast reball certain chips, inegrated circuits desolder and resolder components, and diagnose and fix motherboard/panel faults.
my candid advice is that you look away from computer village and seek to know the engineers i your vicinity, probe each of them with motherboard/panel jobs and see how well they resolve those issues so you know they are capable of going deeper than just spare part replacements.

actually, phone and tech in general is one of the things that u just picked interest in. I have basic knowledge of it in terms of basic repair, fixing of screens, mouthpiece, parts replacement generally. but I want to go further with also knowing how to deal with many software issues, flashing, unlocking, and also micro engineering (working on motherboard etc) that's why I thought Computer village might be a good place due to its population of engineers
