The man is not desperate unlike your billion van frog eye urinating drug baron who says that becoming president is his long time ambition. Na coward Abeg... This is the first time that Tinubu is contesting for the post. So he's not desperate.... Unless you don't know the meaning. |

No be only 'made' na 'created'. Little wonder Babafemi Ojudu issued his disclaimer; it's not every one of Tinubu's associate that was created by him.
I follow Osun politics very well and I can tell you categorically that Aregbe is a grassroot politician. It's not Tinubu's money that made him governor. #Period. I know you won't believe.. Aregbe miscreant. |

ravensckar: Some of you comment on issues like you one who reasons from his anu.s
How can you say Aregbe was a nobody in Osun politics without Tinubu? Hian? To begin with, was Tinubu ever a force to reckon with in Osun politics? Forget the tales by moonlight of him hailing from Iragbiji.
Aregbe is a grassroot politician, a mobilizer and a shrewd politician. If you think Tinubu's billion van will buy him votes in Osun, then, you really haven't learned anything from history. In places like Oyo & Osun (core Yoruba states), people vote base on the general feeling. If you give them money, them go just collect am, chop am and still vote your opponent. Tinubu's only permanent ally in Osun state is Chief Bisi Akande who himself can't deliver his local government in Ila Orangun due to how much he is hated back home. In case you don't know, I'm from Osun state.
PS- If Oyetola will defeat Aregbe's candidate at the primary, it's because public sentiment is with him and not due to any imaginary Tinubu influence. Tinubu made Aregbesola what he's today... Starting from when he Formed Orunmila in Alimosho local. And when he wanted to declare, thousands of people traveled with him to Osun from Lagos. |

Airfixltd: Can we allow the Igbos produce the next president at least for the sake of equity and fairness?
Tinubu and Osibanjo should rescind their decision and support a president from the Igbo extarction.
You know one thing I like about the Northerners? They know they have done their 8years and so it is the South and from the SE. But guess what, they will never push it. They will rather allow SE, SS and SW to slug it out by doing so these 3 region will be fighting themselves without knowing it and then dissafection within the South will deepen. That is the Northern political calculation.
To prove them wrong is for SW and SS who have done 8 and 6 years respectively to come together and support someone from SE so power can go back North and then come back South and by then the SE and SS will support the SW because it will now be their turn.
But of course, even though the SW understand this Northern game, greed and hatred for Igbo will not allow them. They will rather dabaru the whole thing believeing they have the vote of the North.
But this their double standard and way of impunity against the Igbos will fail them soon and by then it will be too late. You are senseless... Na fufu full your brain.. You slave for PDP for over 16 years and you Eleribu refused to blame them for your woes, Na Yoruba you dey insult.. Kadafun o. |

Politics › Re: North Central To Produce APC Chair by adelaja70(m): 1:09pm On Feb 17, 2022 |
Cantonese: It does not follow that way.
It appears that APC delayed the convention date to look out for how the PDP convention went.
PDP chairmanship went to NC and now there is a dilemma in PDP whether to proceed with zoning or abandon zoning. If zoning is adopted and the position of the president is zoned to the south, there is a further dilemma in the south between the SE, SS and SW especially with the SE demanding equity.
APC faces the same challenge with zoning of positions. The SW eyes the presidency through BAT with the claim that it is their turn following their role in positioning APC at the center. The SS in APC lays claim to it (potentially through Amaechi) and the SE lays claim too.
Whatever plays out in PDP would be replicated by APC. The challenge with APC is the upcoming convention. Will the convention make APC better or will the convention make APC disintegrate with ongoing litigations and others that will arise after the convention?
The presidency will not go to the SW. Politicians do not see things the way non politicians see them. I know say Okoros go come out with new permutations... Lmao!!!! |
