The case here is on territorial jurisdiction. The Supreme Court has stated that in cases that involves the domestic affairs of Party say: Ward Congress, State Congresses, LG Congresses, Governorship Primaries.....The territorial jurisdiction should lie within the Federal or State High Courts in that State.

The issue of contention lies with the Kano Ward Congress and should have commenced from the Kano State High Court or Federal High Court, Kano and not the FCT High Court in Abuja.

Shekarau started the case on a wrong foot. Supreme court will uphold decision of appeal because sheakarau case lack territorial jurisdiction.

He knew he won't get the judgement he wanted in Kano. His case does have some merits but it has become academic by virtue of this judgement. The Supreme Court won't rule otherwise.

Politics has always been about battles for personal interests. No real politician is scared of it because that's only way to survive and thrive.

Ganduje doesn't need Tinubu to influence judgement in his state. He is the governor of Kano. Kano is not Lagos. Stop attaching his success to Tinubu but not his failure.
