The quality of the Gennex product on battery is poor.

I bought four new batteries last year of 200 Ah and in barely a year all are bad emitting toxic hydrogen sulphide gas.

The backup time for the four replacements (to the bad batteries) the company provided hardly stays up to one (1) hour before shutting down.

I feel so cheated and disappointed at the product quality and the customer service.
