Police Reportedly Arrest Self-Styled Ghanaian Prophet Ebo Noah Over Failed End-Time Prophecy
Self-styled prophet Ebo Noah, known in private life as Evans Eshun, has reportedly been arrested by operatives of the Ghana Police Service, according to reports circulating on social media.
The reports, which gained traction on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2025, claimed that the arrest was carried out on the orders of the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) and executed by the IGP’s Special Cyber Vetting Team.
Although official details of the arrest have yet to be released, it is believed to be connected to Ebo Noah’s widely publicised but failed end-time prophecy.
The young man, whom many critics have described as a content creator, had claimed to receive a divine instruction from God to build an ark to save humanity from an impending global catastrophe.
Ebo Noah had prophesied that a devastating flood would d+stroy the world on Thursday, December 25, 2025, and urged those who believed in the revelation to contact him in order to secure a place in the ark.
However, on December 24, he announced that the prophesied flood would no longer occur, stating that God had changed His mind following his fasting and prayers.
Reports further indicated that the Elmina District Commander, Chief Superintendent Abraham Bansah, had earlier directed officers on December 18, 2025, to locate and arrest the self-proclaimed prophet for interrogation.
That initial operation was unsuccessful, as Ebo Noah reportedly evaded arrest, leaving his whereabouts unknown at the time. His parents and neighbours were also said to have been questioned during the search.
Following the failed attempt, the police allegedly launched a renewed manhunt after a Benya FM radio presenter, identified as Sofo Blessing, visited the station on Thursday, December 25, 2025, alongside a Liberian citizen, Paul Telly Jalloh. https://dailypost.ng/2026/01/01/police-arrest-self-styled-prophet-over-failed-december-25-end-of-world-prophecy/

eejo: Merry Christmas to all Nigerians and it is sad that nearly 200 million people have no access to Ambulance, Fire services and emergency security services during incidents. Too many lives and properties have been lost due to this circumstances. 2026 we will make it happen by God grace. I will pressure the Government until it is done. We also need free healthcare in Nigeria or if the Government can introduce NHIS for all Nigerians. So many people died prematurely as a result of unable to pay hospital bills |

WhiteIverson: Africans have lost their history and are having identity crisis. We may have money, but we don't have power. With power comes relevance. That's an African will sell everything and go overseas to feel relevant. Dress like a white person to feel relevant. Support foreign clubs to feel relevant. We say bad things about our country, forgetting that every country has its own issues including the white man's country and rather than insult their country they find a solution. Also, the image of the country has been damaged that when Africans travel overseas, they do their best to hide their nationality by changing their accent and lifestyle. Congratulations |

eejo: Why do Africans especially Nigerians hate their country and says negative things about their Mother land. Why do Africans support overseas football clubs and cannot remember clubs in their community Why do black Africans women wear white women hair to feel like a human Why do Africans sell everything and travel overseas to do a job they will not do at home Why will Africans change the way they speak when in overseas to feel human People often criticize their own country because they see problems that affect their daily lives and hope things can improve. When they support overseas football clubs, it’s usually because those teams get more media coverage and offer a sense of prestige. Wearing wigs or styles that mimic other cultures can be a way for individuals to feel confident or fit in, not a statement about their identity. Many Africans travel abroad for work because job opportunities and wages are limited at home, and they take any honest work they can find. Changing the way they speak when overseas is often an attempt to be understood and to avoid discrimination, rather than a denial of who they are. |

Lack of contentment, we are not contented with what we possess. Reasons behind it is that the global media glorifies foreign success while local achievements get little recognition, pushing people to chase what’s celebrated abroad. When home opportunities are scarce, moving overseas becomes a pragmatic, not a sentimental, decision. leads to competition, we keep competing with the whites because there is no contentment . |

Another point is inferior complex to the other race. |
