those that have scratch card issue should reupload new scratch card and make sure you've used it to check your result online at least once and chill till the clearance of second batch

Famz.... afta waiting so long for clearance, I got dix message u are not cleared... reason: re upload waec scratch card... I re uploaded the same waec scratch card cus I only used it once.... hope am safe
