As Printivo continues to grow we’re looking for passionate adhoc Field Sales members to join the adhoc field sales team and the adhoc sales programme and help us grow, add new portfolios and manage and service our ever-increasing portfolio of accounts that are based in Lagos, Abuja and across Nigeria and the World.
Printivo Sales Unit is an exciting division of Printivo, offering a service to make it as easy as possible for businesses (who order to scale and/or for multiple employees) to purchase Printivo’s premium printed business identity products.
Joining this team will see you working with a group of dynamic, creative and collaborative Printivo Staffs. Some of our fantastic B2B customers include the likes of Microsoft, Google,9mobile, Iroko, Deloitte, British Council to name a few.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and service a portfolio of existing SME accounts based in Nigeria, predominantly over the phone and via e-mail and in person.
2. Meet / exceed revenue targets for your portfolio of accounts on a monthly basis. Current target is minimum of N1 million monthly.
3. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and service
4. Maintain a record of all customer interactions via our own CRM
5. You’ll also be responsible for your own pipeline of returning customer opportunities to deliver on monthly metrics. Your success will be measured by meeting and exceeding returning customer and revenue goals plus the satisfaction levels of these business accounts.
6. Serve as the first line of contact for new leads.
7. WOW and delight Printivo for Business customers!
8. Create and maintain a strong internal personal brand through maintaining and developing internal customer relationships.
9. Join the Field sales team conducting Sales Drives across Nigeria.
10. Deliver and report on all tasks assigned by the Head of Growth and Team lead sales.

ABOUT YOU
1. Passion for sales, providing first class customer service.
2. Able to listen carefully, understand requirements and respond with urgency while managing communications with multiple accounts simultaneously.
3. Self motivated and able to work independently and at the same time apply teamwork across departments to accomplish goals.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work within a team in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
6. You have experience working with customers
7. You enjoy both the sales and customer service attributes of an account management role
8. You have impressive communication skills, build rapport naturally and are highly empathic
9. You put the customer first
10. Ability to deliver under pressure

WHAT YOU GET
1. 5% commission of sales you bring if you meet set target currently N1 million, otherwise percentage commission according to band target you achieve will be provided monthly.
