Also, they want to build an aeropolis within the 5000 hectares. This is like a mini city which will include series of hotels, hospital, hangers, businesses, recreational areas, security, hangers, luxury apartments, residential, especially for staff etc, park/gardens, logistic and tech hub etc etc. this will gradually be built over time by investors etc in the coming years.
