Nigerians are natural risk-takers. Nobody needed to point out Oando to anyone. As Ades1 once said, it is common sense that makes you buy Oando in anticipation or upon the announcement of Tinubu's victory. Nobody should try to take the shine for pointing the stock out. To people who did MMM or traded crypto, both of which are riskier speculations, Oando is a no-brainer, an easy pick!
If Otedola starts loading Dunlop tomorrow, some people will come here and boast of mentioning Dunlop as a pick.

And for those losing their sleep because of Oando, or disrespectfully calling fellow forumites names just because of volatile emotions, trading high risk stocks is not by force. Many will catch fun with the stock you're banking on. Some friendships started because of ManU vs Chelsea bashing. You need to submit through an agent. Here an agent is any SEC regulated capital market operator particularly fund managers and stockbrokers.

Most of the operators will require you to complete the form, do a transfer of the amount you wish to invest into their collection account, scan and send everything back to them. It's advisable to have a a cscs account before you invest.
Please note that no investor is required to pay any commission irrespective of the market operator you are subscribing with. The issuer ie the federal government through the DMO will be required to pay commission to all market operators who got involved in the process.

Oando gave several exit hints to those who use technical analysis, two of which are based on the theory in my Dangote post.

Below shows the 40-day bar chart representing days, Naira traded, % change, and closing prices. While the stock was doing well, the full bid volume traded was reducing, signifying confidence by the holders of the stock. Then, on the 13th, we saw a huge spike in volume, which signified that something had changed and we should have sold the next day at around 10.

After this, there was luckily another series of full bids with reducing volumes, then on the 20th, another boom in volume. Again, we should have sold the next day at around 13.

As a bonus , my newbie breakout strategy: if a stock has been trading in a range for a long time, if it breaks out of the range at large volumes, that's a good entry point. Here my entry point would have been 6.7 or below.

Rather than wait eternally for Eterna's recovery back to your entry price which may take too long for you to bear and wait out, why not sell off, do your research on another which will very likely give you some of the recovery in at most medium term time frame? Based on the analyses here by the renowned experts, such potential recovery stock is not difficult to pinpoint. It is not too good waiting in one stock for too long on NSE. The final decision is yours anyway.
