Under 10 means it has to be less than 10

You do not get it, why is there a return bet if you play Over 2 goals on Bonanzawin and the match ends 2-0.

What we played was Under 10 corners and not under 10.5 corners.

That Bet is a won bet and not a loss bet. Chelsea and Maccabi match ended with 10 corners and what you played was under 10 corners. So it out to be a RETURN or PUSH and the remaining won games calculated as pay out.
I was surprised Bonanza marked it as a lost bet, my own case is quite funny, because I played it as a system bet only to discover bonanza miraculously changed it to Multiple bet.
I have since sent them a strongly worded email. They must mark that bet as a Win OOOOO.
