I applied for Quality Control Chemist and had my interview august. Please how genuine is the waiting list? Will they call us to resume soon or what?

Plz some one shud enlighten me on this scenerio. I have done two interviews with Flour mills and got an email saying I was successful but I've been placed on the waiting list pending when the advertised position becomes available. Is this not politics? Who have been in this before, plz enlighten me cos I am confused

Somebody should plz enlighten me in the house on what to expect from d second stage cos I've done written, assessment and oral in the first stage

Flour mills is calling for second stage quality control analyst. What are the likely tins to expect from them in dis 2nd stage?

vknights: If anyone among you is destined to work with FMN, surely you will be called.. I have heard series of pple complaining about doing CBT and not being called or went for an interview and waiting for a suitable response accordingly!!

In my own case.. I applied in March 2013, did a test in May , attended two series of interviews in June and got my employment letter in July. I was never bothered, and took all for granted not until the last interview when i saw something positive glittering from afar. But don't get it twisted, i was the only chosen one out of 30 applicants.

I've realised that taking just anything is not the best. I took one like that too, a job that won't alow u to be available for other opportunities and after 8months I hav nothin to show for it.
My opinion is it doesn't worth it, keep agitating for a greater height it will surely come by God's grace.

I've been a teacher all this while and the only experience I have was during my IT at one food company, don't really knw about the APL stuff and I think Flour mills is a big company which will definitely verify if I present a false Pay slip?

The interview/test comes up next week friday at their Apapa Office.
I don't really have Quality control experience but am a graduate of biochemistry and I was asked to come with evidence of last payment in my previous workplace which I don't have.

Plz is it really compulsory to come to the test centre with signed documents especially the Local Government/Lieutenant Colonel stuff cos am finding it difficult to get it sign. Will they check it at the point of entry?
