Philip Trimnell is the son of Late Col. Rudolf Trimnell (Rtd0 of the Nigerian Army Supply and Transport Corps from Aboh in Delta State. Philip Trimnell was a student of St. Gregory College, Obalende Lagos State and later moved to Loyola College, Ibadan to complete his Secondary School Education. He proceeded to the University of Ibadan for his first degree in Theartre Arts and later travelled to America to do his Masters Degree at Loyola University also in Theater Arts. The first Musical Video produced by Philip Trimnell was a group known as Ecstasy.
A group consists of Stella and Roy of the Bruce’s family, songs written by Phillip Trimnell and produced by Gregory Wright for Ben Bruce Records. The Musical Video was shot in Los Angeles before Ben Murray Bruce and Philip Trimnell returned to Nigeria in 1983 to set up their business in Nigeria. The record was marketed by Polygram Records.

King Sunny Ade was born in Oshogbo Osun State now and Western Region then on September 22, 1947 into a religious family as Sunny Ade’s father was a Pastor. Young Sunny Ade was a student of St, Charles Grammar School, Oshogbo but left the College and absconded from home to Lagos after learning the rudiments of the Guitar playing from Late Moses Olaiya (Baba Sala) to seek greener pasture in the world of Juju music.
Sunny Ade met the Managing Director of Easy Life Enterprises Mr. Jide Smith who gave Sunny Ade Musical Instruments and that was the platform that young Sunny Ade and his Band then Sunny Adex & His Green Spot Band started their musical career. Sunny Adex & His Band usually play at Kakadu Nite Club, Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos.

According to Wikipedia, greatness is defined as concept of state of superiority, affecting a person or object in a place or area.  Greatness also refers to individuals who possess a natural ability to better than others.  Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary has defined greatness as the quality of eminence or distinction, while Cambridge Dictionary refers to greatness as skills and importance.

It is pertinent to note that in the wake of the retirement expiration date of the former controversial Inspector General of Police Idris there was heat up in the Nigerian polity as in any insinuation there must be an iota of truth.

People had already concluded that President Muhammadu Buhari would retain former IGP Idris and alternatively it was published that there were two female qualified AIG from the Eastern part of Nigeria who one of them may likely become the next IGP but the reverse is the case.

Assistant Inspector General of Police Muhammed Adamu based on his profile is equally qualified for that position but the question is one would have thought PMB would once satisfy the yearning of the people of Nigeria who had the feeling that PMB’s cabinet is a one sided one in terms of key posts in Nigeria.


The problem to be put to rest is that if anybody who is occupying any pubic position in Nigeria is working according the ethic of the office and such an officer is presiding over the office without bias there won’t be any condemnation as has existed since PMB took over in 2015.

Be prepare!!!!!!!

In a sermon delivered by Servant Victor of the CCT Deliverance Ministries at 5, Idowu Close, Off Powerline, Sango Ota Ogun State  during his ministration in the Church auditorium today, 12th of January, 2019. He urged Nigerians to be ready and prepare for the future by proper planning.

“He noted that Nigeria is a country ordained by God with abundant human capacity and mineral resources to the glory of Almighty God and there is no excuse for anybody in Nigeria to be poor if we plan for the raining day.  But lack of planning for the future by government and individuals is the bane of our underdevelopment, to take our rightful position as one of the leaders amongst the developed Nations. God help Nigeria. Nigeria past leaders failed to plan well for the unknown future in order to prosper the lives of over 170 millions majority of Nigerians who are now living in abject poverty.”

Nigerians as a Nation and Nigerian people as individuals should also imbibe the spirit of fervent prayers for God to direct us to the right path.
