Capricorn Marine Technologies Plc is in need of a Female Secretary.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing of the Managing Directors diary and appointments.
• Taking and relaying accurate timely messages from telephone callers, and answering queries where possible.
• Arranging flights and local transportation when necessary.
• Co-coordinating Managing Director’s travels.
• Typing and dispatching all the Managing Director’s correspondence.
• Ensures smooth running of the managing Director’s office.
• Undertake any other duties as requested by the Managing Director.

Requirements

• B.SC/ H.N.D in Secretarial studies from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Must be Computer literate.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office Application.
• Very good communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good attention to details.
• Must be residing in Lagos.

A Freight Forwarder is needed for shipments on our vessel from Lagos

REQUIREMENTS

Sex – Male

Age - 35 years

Location – Must reside in Lagos

Experience – 3 years

Qualification – HND

Salary Expectation – Negotiable

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. He must be able to process and conclude clearing and forwarding functions.

2. He must be able to organize inland transportation for delivery and pick up for cargoes within Lagos.

3. He must ensure that planned voyages are met by ensuring customs release for outgoing cargoes are secured on time.

4. He will supervise stuffing and marshaling of steel boxes.

5 .He will be in charge of cargo tallying, storage, logistic and documentation for shipment.
