Please guys my Lexus Gs 300 steering sometimes becomes strong (car doesn’t use fluid Cz it’s electrical)…. How can I fix this

Also the ac stopped cooling the mechanic said it’s compressor , after changing compressor and topping gas, it worked for few days and stopped …how do I rectify these

My Gs 300 steering becomes strong most of the time what could be the cause ? It’s an electrical motor

Also the Ac suddenly stopped cooling , the compressor was changed, worked after sometime and later stopped working
