I and my Main applicant had our biometrics on Nov 2. She got a brp mail exactly 2 weeks after biometrics and a passport collection mail a day after. I on the other hand got a brp mail 3 weeks after(Nov 24) but till now, no passport collection mail. I have called and done the paid mail thing but to no avail. I got the Sheffield escalation mail on Monday but till now nothing has changed. I am thinking of visiting the TLS center, do you think it is a good idea?

Please house, I had my biometrics on Nov 2nd, a NSF mail after and got a BRP mail on the 23rd of Nov. I have been waiting since then for a collection mail. I have spent money on the paid call and paid mail but the closest thing to a positive reply is the Sheffield escalation teams response. That was Monday, till now, nothing. I am thinking of going to check at TLS myself. Does the house think this is a good idea?

I got a BRP mail since Nov 22. Till now no collection mail!!!

Gotten a decision for almost 3 weeks but they have refused to send back my passport!

Same issue here...Wife got her collection mail two weeks ago. I have done the paid mail but I am getting a generic reply.

Pls bro kindly help !We did biometric on 17th of November, wife brb mail and collection mail drop on 21st of November , husband brp mail drop same 21st but collection mail didn’t drop, don brb mail and collection mail drop on the 23rd of November ! Husband collection mail ad not drop till now! My people pls what could be the cause ? Should we send mail or make some paid calls ? N/B biometrics was done nov 17 , main applicant did priority while dependent did standard

Mine is standard too, I called them yesterday and they told me a decision has been made so to look out for collection mail, hopefully today.

Guys, I keep hearing that ukvi now interviews applicant on fone.. How many people have gone Tru this and what should I be expecting. Because interview at visa level doesn't sound too pleasant. Cos precas interview is obviously easier cos of the extra anxiety and fear

My visa came out in a week even though I didn't do priority. There was no way I would have expected it to come out then.

I tried paying for my child IHS fee, I keep getting the confirmation email but declined payment and I’ve been debited twice , has anyone here experienced this and how was it resolved please? And how do I get my money back ? Is the problem with IHS or my bank ? (UBA )
