Not true. Inasmuch as Cross has his flaws, you are painting a wrong picture of his intentions. For us that watched the "fuller" version of the convo, Cross didn't have any sinister reason for trying to get close to Liquorose and neither Whitemoney nor Pere were shocked.


What Cross said was that, he has not bonded with Liquorose throughout the duration of their stay in the house (Pere and Whitemoney both concurred that Liquorose bonded only with Emmanuel mostly. Ebuka also talked about this codedly with his question to Liquorose 2 weeks back) and he just knows few details about her. He went further to say that the only thing he knows about Liquorose was that he heard her dad was financially good but apart from that, he literally knows nothing else about her.

He then said that assuming Pere and Angel didn't come back (2 people he's now closest to in the house), he'd have gotten close to Liquorose to try to know more about her, not romantically. He said he didn't care if it'd have made Emma feel any type of way because he wasn't going to try to kiss Liquorose or be romantic with her, he was just gonna get to know her more. That the house would be boring with just 4 of them (before Pere and Angel came back) and he'd go crazy just speaking with one person (Mazi). That he doesn't like to be bored and he tries to create something fun to keep him going, so he'd have definitely tried to get to talk with Liquorose more.


So, Cross made perfect sense and there was nothing to be shocked about his speech.

This is why I always want to watch the show
Because hmmm, the way people report things on nairaland, fear go catch you. See as Cross turn villain just like that
