For me any school or learning process or program one is undergoing one has to go through it with utmost humility in every aspect especially dressing and appearance specifically in respect to the ethical practices of such discipline.
This is applicable to all level of learning in general i.e from kindergarten to the highest level attainable in the course of learning QED.

Every industrial communities, mega manufacturers, tertiary institutions, Gas and petroleums, Airports, mega farms, and others that can afford it should be self reliant and independent generating their consumable power such that the state governments can generate for their respective states while the Federal government manage the current facilities not adding to to but stick to the existing infrastructure strictly because with time more loads will be shed from the existing one as others generates for themselves so FG should not waste scarce resources.

Private Gencos/Discos should be licensed under states not FG as the saying goes government has no business in business but to regulate business through provisions of enabling environment.
In conclusion FG should stop overburdened it's self which has hindered growth and progress of the nation.
