Hello Nairaland, I’m a foreign graduate who is meant to undergo the compulsory physical verification process for Nysc,I registered for the program and was given a date for phisical verification in Abuja,but due to some circumstances that was above my control I missed the date and was not able to undergo the verification process.My Question is do I have to Re-register again for Nysc is that possible.

the normal veggies we eat right. Her diet is more of vegetables and fruits now

Hello Nairaland, please I need your help at this moment. My mom is suffering from insomnia, she's having sleeping disorder, she hasn't been able to sleep since Late February(No sound sleep).we have been to both government & private hospitals and none of the treatment is working. Sleeping pills doesn't work for her anymore. She's just 53 years old. The sleeping disorder started when her Blood pressure became high with her pulse, then we were able to control her blood pressure and pulse.Numbers for her blood pressure are normal we do check it every morning. But the problem still lies with her inability to sleep. Which is causing serious health issues for her.Whatever natural remedies she could use or whatever she could do to tackle this illness. Medical personnels, doctors, Trado-medics, and anyone who have idea and advice on what to do, Please your response,will be highly appreciated .I need my Mom back to what I use to know her to Be.
