Please Nairanders, my aggregate is 74.875 , ELDS and I am 0.375 to make the cutoff mark for medicine and surgery. I am tired, I don't know anybody in UI. Pls your advice would be highly appreciated

Pls house I need your candid opinion in the name of God. My aggregate is 74.875 and I chose Med and Surg.in Ul. I am 0.375 below the cut off for ELDS. Pls is there still hope for me. If not you advice is needed my bothers plsssss
