A dispatch rider is needed in Yaba and Surulere for our customer, an online marketplace.

Responsibilities

1. Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and status, answering questions.
2. Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.
3. Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
4. Responsible for collecting monies for bought items upon delivery to the customer

Requirements & Skills

1. Proven experience as a dispatch rider or relevant position
2. Ability to communicate, read and write.
3. Organizational and multitasking abilities
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
6. Polite and able to get along with people.
7. Familiarity with relevant routes.
8. Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Skills / qualifications

A minimum of secondary school leaving certificate
